TokMover ("we", "our", or "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Service. TokMover is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:Account InformationWhen you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
TikTok Profile DataWhen you add a TikTok profile, we collect the public username and publicly available video metadata (titles, view counts, dates). We do not access private TikTok accounts or require TikTok login credentials.
Video ContentWe temporarily store copies of publicly available TikTok videos that you request to back up. These are stored in secure cloud storage for a limited time.
Payment InformationPayments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. Stripe may collect information as described in their own privacy policy.
Usage DataWe may collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:(a) Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.(b) Process your transactions and manage your credit balance.(c) Authenticate your identity and manage your account.(d) Communicate with you about the Service, including responding to support requests.(e) Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Video content you back up is stored temporarily in encrypted AWS S3 cloud storage and is available for download for a limited period (currently two weeks). After this period, video files are automatically deleted. Your account information is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication via OAuth, and access controls on our cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:(a) Service providers (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, AWS for cloud storage) who process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.(b) Law enforcement if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TokMover, our users, or others.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use basic analytics to understand how the Service is used.8. Your Rights
