All content downloaded through the Service remains the intellectual property of its original creator. TokMover does not claim ownership of any user-generated content accessed through the Service. The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time transactions and do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect previously purchased credits.7. Content Storage & Availability
Backed-up videos are available for download for a limited period (currently two weeks) after processing. TokMover is not a permanent storage solution. We are not responsible for any loss of content after the storage period expires. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or stored content.8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any content accessed through the Service.9. Limitation of Liability
